This course is intended to provide the “already qualified” seafarer instruction and training in assessment techniques of competency, as well as appropriate guidance in assessment methods and practices. This blended USCG approved course This Chief Mate to Master course will provide students with practical theory and understanding of ship handling in various maneuvering situations encountered while navigating a vessel.
